What is Tai Chi?
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art practice that was originally introduced for self defense. This practice has very little to do with combat and it evolved into a kind of exercise. Deep breathing: It lets you inhale the fresh air and exhale the toxins and stale air from your lungs.

Obviously, everything needs time to be effective so do not give up at the early stages. You will observe the positive results within some time. Always dress yourself in a loose outfit so that you are comfortable while exercising.
